Built from certified organic Arabica sourced from Rwanda's Dukunde Kawa cooperative, Fazenda Dutra in Brazil, and India, these coffee capsules deliver a deep, intense cup for drinkers who want their espresso dark and assertive.

In the cup, Organic Notte Forte opens with dark chocolate and toasted almond, layered with warm baking spice that carries through the finish. The overall character is rich and full-bodied, built for drinkers who want an intense, dark-roast espresso rather than a mellow, easygoing cup.

This French roast, Artizan's deepest roast level, pushes well past medium and Full City to draw out heavy chocolate and spice notes, trading away some of the origin coffee's natural brightness for intensity and body. The three-origin blend of Rwanda, Brazil, and India is built specifically to hold together at this roast depth without turning flat or ashy.

This is a French roast, Artizan's deepest roast level, pushed well past medium and Full City to draw out heavy chocolate and spice notes at the cost of some origin brightness. The blend combines organic Arabica from Rwanda's Dukunde Kawa cooperative, Fazenda Dutra in Brazil, and India, chosen to hold together and stay rich rather than ashy at this roast depth.

Calibrated Extraction

Artizan calibrates this capsule for a faster, more open extraction to keep the cup clean despite the deep roast. The grind and capsule resistance allow the coffee to flow quickly without losing body. Brewing Tips

Each Artizan pod contains about 6 grams of coffee, so how you brew it makes difference.

Strong Espresso: 25ml (switch #1)

Mild Espresso: 50ml (switch #2)

Short Coffee: 25ml espresso + 75ml hot water

Tall Coffee: Brew two pods + 150ml hot water

Too strong? add water. Weak? Less water. It all comes down to preference, and once you've got your recipe down, the Line1 can save that setting.
