Built from carefully selected coffees grown in the Risaralda region of Colombia, these capsules combine classic washed Colombian clarity with the added depth created through whiskey barrel aging.
In the cup, Colombia Whiskey Barrel Aged opens with layered dark chocolate notes followed by gentle stone fruit sweetness that brings balance to the profile. Subtle whiskey character appears through the mid palate, adding warmth and complexity without overpowering the coffees natural structure. A soft roasted almond and walnut finish lingers, giving the espresso a rounded and satisfying texture.
This medium dark roast coffee comes from elevations between 1,400 and 1,800 meters above sea level in Colombias Risaralda region, where washed processing helps preserve clarity while supporting a deeper flavor foundation. The whiskey barrel aging introduces additional aromatic depth, creating a profile that feels both familiar and distinctive while remaining approachable as a daily espresso.

This is a whiskey barrel aged single origin coffee sourced from the Risaralda region of Colombia, grown at elevations between 1400 and 1800 meters above sea level. Each Cupping Room pod contains about 6 grams of coffee, so how you brew it makes difference.
Strong Espresso: 25ml (switch #1)
Mild Espresso: 50ml (switch #2)
Strong Coffee: 25ml espresso + 75ml hot water
Mild Coffee: Brew two pods + 150ml hot water
Too strong? add water. Weak? Less water. It all comes down to preference, and once you've got your recipe down, the Line1 can save that setting.
