Product Description

These Nespresso compatible coffee pods feature OJ! from Lykke Coffee, a vibrant medium roast espresso designed for Nespresso OriginalLine machines and other Nespresso compatible pod systems. Roasted in Sweden, these coffee pods highlight the lively fruit sweetness and chocolate depth that make this blend feel playful and indulgent.

In the cup, OJ! opens with bright red berry notes followed by warm brown sugar sweetness that adds depth and roundness. A layer of cacao nib character grounds the profile with gentle chocolate richness, creating a cup that feels both lively and comforting. The texture stays smooth and creamy, giving the espresso body while allowing the fruit-forward notes to remain clear and expressive.

This medium roast blend combines coffees sourced from Brazil and Peru. Brazilian coffees contribute body and cocoa-like warmth, while Peruvian coffees add brightness and natural sweetness. Roasting at a medium level allows fruit character and chocolate tones to develop together, creating a balanced profile that highlights both sweetness and complexity.

Each pod is designed to brew consistently in Nespresso compatible machines, producing a smooth extraction that preserves sweetness, body, and crema. The result is a vibrant espresso with layered red berry, brown sugar, and cacao nib notes and a smooth, balanced finish.

At Milton, we believe the machine matters, but the coffee matters more. Our job is to make it easy to access the world's best capsule coffee from top roasters around the globe. We taste and vet everything we sell, and we stand behind it. If you buy something and don't love it, we'll happily send you a different box. Because at Milton, the coffee also matters more than the money.

Taste & Texture

OJ! is lively, sweet, and surprisingly indulgent. Youll taste red berries, brown sugar, and cacao nibs right away, layered into a profile that feels more like a dessert than a traditional espresso. The fruit brings brightness, the sugar adds warmth, and the cacao grounds everything with soft chocolate depth. The texture is smooth and rounded, making each sip feel rich without becoming heavy.

Roast & Origin

This is a medium roast blend built from coffees sourced in Brazil and Peru. At this roast level, natural sweetness and fruit character stay front and center, while deeper cocoa tones develop underneath. The Brazilian coffees contribute body and chocolate warmth, while the Peruvian coffees add lift and brightness. Together, they create a balance that highlights both sweetness and complexity.

Calibrated Extraction

Lykke calibrates this capsule for a clean, expressive extraction that highlights sweetness and fruit without dulling the edges. The grind and capsule resistance promote an easy, steady flow that keeps the cup lively and layered. On our 1-4 flow scale, OJ! lands at a 2, meaning a smooth, controlled extraction that delivers clarity, balance, and the very reaction its named after.

Espresso & Coffee

Brewing Tips

Each Lykke pod contains about 6 grams of coffee, so how you brew it makes difference.

Strong Espresso: 25ml (switch #1)

Mild Espresso: 50ml (switch #2)

Strong Coffee: 25ml espresso + 75ml hot water

Mild Coffee: Brew two pods + 150ml hot water

Too strong? add water. Weak? Less water. It all comes down to preference, and once you've got your recipe down, the Line1 can save that setting.

Roasted in Sweden

Lykke Coffee

Lykke is a Sweden-based coffee company built around a simple but ambitious idea: coffee should be good for the people who grow it, the people who drink it, and the places it comes from. What stood out to us is that Lykke does not just talk about sustainability, they structure their entire business around it by owning coffee farms together with the farmers themselves.

Lykke grows, sources, and roasts its own coffee, working directly with producer partners across Central America, South America, and Africa. By cutting out traditional middle layers, they maintain transparency, long-term relationships, and shared ownership at origin. It is a thoughtful, hands on approach that shows up clearly in the cup, and one we respect deeply. Lykke proves that doing things the right way does not mean sacrificing flavor, and that serious coffee can still be approachable and fun.
