These Nespresso compatible coffee pods feature Feels Good from St. Ali, an organic espresso blend designed for Nespresso OriginalLine machines and other Nespresso compatible pod systems. Roasted in Melbourne, Australia, these coffee pods deliver a smooth, approachable espresso built around red apple sweetness and rich maple syrup notes.

In the cup, Feels Good opens with bright red apple sweetness followed by the deeper, rounded character of maple syrup. The combination creates a balanced espresso with plenty of natural sweetness, bringing together a lively fruit character with a smooth, comforting finish. The result is an easy-drinking cup that feels vibrant, silky, and well balanced.

This organic blend combines 60% Colombian coffee with 40% Indian coffee, with both origins using washed processing. Colombian coffee makes up the majority of the blend, bringing sweetness and fruit-forward character, while the Indian component adds depth and structure. Together, they create a balanced espresso that highlights the blend's signature red apple and maple syrup flavor profile.

Roast & Origin

This is an organic, ethically sourced blend made from 60% Colombian and 40% Indian coffees, both washed processed. ST. ALi roasts the blend to bring out its natural sweetness, with notes of red apple and maple syrup. The result is a smooth, sweet, balanced espresso that feels good in more ways than one.

Calibrated Extraction

St. Ali calibrates this capsule for a steady, pressure-forward extraction that builds body and crema. The flow is intentionally controlled to support richness and sweetness. On our 1-4 flow scale, Italo Disco lands at a 2, meaning a slightly slower, deliberate flow is normal and expected.

Brewing Tips

Each St Ali pod contains about 6 grams of coffee, so how you brew it makes difference.

Strong Espresso: 25ml (switch #1)

Mild Espresso: 50ml (switch #2)

Short Coffee: 25ml espresso + 75ml hot water

Tall Coffee: Brew two pods + 150ml hot water

Too strong? add water. Weak? Less water. It all comes down to preference, and once you've got your recipe down, the Line1 can save that setting.
